IT Project / Program Co-Ordinator

Job Summary: The Program Coordinator oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects within the organization, ensuring compliance with policies and effective communication with stakeholders.

• Key Responsibilities:
  Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement program plans and schedules.
• Lead Team Meetings: Organize and lead team meetings, prepare MOM, and follow up on action items.
• Requirement Gathering: Gather requirements, finalize scope, and review solution documents.
• Commercial Coordination: Obtain commercial details from partners and coordinate cross-functionally.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication channels and demonstrate good email communication skills.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.
  Team Supervision: Supervise program staff and delegate tasks.
• Outreach and Engagement: Conduct outreach activities and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Compliance: Ensure program activities comply with policies and regulations.
• Program Tracking: Help track function PI plans with stakeholders.
• Best Practices: Identify best practices for future programs.
• Presentations Preparation: Prepare presentations for meetings and events.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with stakeholders.
