We are hiring Talent Acquisition Lead for Post production IT hiring.

Experience: 7+yrs
Work Location: Navi Mumbai office.

Work Mode: Work from Office. Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned requisitions, from initial intake to offer stage.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networking sites, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Schedule interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Participate in recruitment events and initiatives, such as career fairs and campus recruiting.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment (or equivalent internship experience for entry-level roles).
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
