Must Haves for the role:
Only MBA passout candidates from tier 1 colleges like IIMs, XLRI, ISB etc. are eligible for this role.
- Strong P&L experience - has to own P&L for lending biz
- Should be definitely from start-up and has some past exp in consulting orgs also
- Very strong at data analytics
- Young-hustling attitude
- Lending experience - good to have but not mandatory

Responsibilities will include .
Functional Expertise
- Develop and execute strategies with cross functional teams to expand availability of our unsecured lending product to company's existing merchant base. This will need close collaboration with data science, risk, sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities, build the engine for rapid experimentation, prove pilots and transition successful ideas into established processes
- Continuously assess data and market feedback to unlock growth of our loan book and work with sales, risk and product teams on key ideas that help us improve funnel conversion rates in our existing customer segments and geographies
- Understand deeply customer segments and develop critical strategies for ensuring success of our go-to-market. Work with product, technology, GTM and other key cross functional teams to build flexible architectures that will fuel segmented GTM strategies.
Interaction
- Work closely with operations, product, technology & NBFC partner teams to ensure our lending processes across stages are best-in-class in terms of their efficiency, effectiveness, responsiveness & cost
- Work on with Sales, Risk, Ops and Data Science on strategies to predict and onboard "lendable" merchants on Day 1 (currently only <20% of our base is really lendable)
- Problem Solving
- Evaluate new product innovations and opportunities that enable higher conversion rates in lending
- Run rigorous root cause analysis on merchant issues on lending and work on engagements with technology and support teams to deliver best in class experience through effective strategies that prevent breakdown, automate support and increase overall responsiveness of the system to merchant needs

- Own the overall growth strategy for unsecured loans

- Solid problem solving capabilities - you are able to identify problems, break them down, identify root causes and build solutions that can be both tactical and/or strategic
- Communication and Stakeholder management - you are able to present your point of view cogently and are able to engage effectively with everyone from external partners to CXOs
