Project Role Description :Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will work as a Process Quality Representative on multiple projects. You will implement Automotive Quality Management System to create and monitor processes and conduct audits in the project.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Process Compliance in the Automotive technical publications

Performing Root Case Analysis for Internal and External Rejections

Facilitates Team Lead in monitoring of KPIs and corrective/preventive actions.

Focal point for customer requests related to Quality Assurance

Responsible for performing internal audits for Technical Data projects.

Supports Project Manager and Quality Manager in Qualification and Authorization Process.

Creating Quality Records in the Automotive technical publications
Professional & Technical Skills:

Process Quality Responsible for Automotive Technical Publications

5 years' experience in Automotive Technical Publication creation methodology and delivery

Good exposure to Automotive Quality standards ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013

Familiar with RCA methodologies like 5Whys, Fishbone, 8D

Knowledge and computation of Technical Publication KPIs like RFT, OTD

Good knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Power point presentation
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Automotive Quality Management Standards.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
