Job Description
- Total Experience: atleast 5 Years in Salesforce and also 5 years in automationob Title: Automation ArchitectWe are seeking an experienced Automation Architect with a strong background in Salesforce Service Cloud, Selenium with C#, and API automation
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing robust automation frameworks and leading automation strategies to support the organizations testing needs
- Key Responsibilities:Automation Framework Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient automation frameworks using Selenium with C# and BDD SpecFlow
- Salesforce Service Cloud Expertise: Leverage expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud to develop tailored test automation solutions that enhance the quality and reliability of service cloud functionalities
- API Automation and Mocking: Develop API test automation scripts and create mock services using Wiremock to simulate real-world scenarios for integration testing
- Automation Strategy: Lead the development of comprehensive test automation strategies that align with project goals, ensuring early defect detection and faster delivery cycles
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and product owners, to integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines and Agile workflows
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to automation engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for automated test cases and frameworks
- Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with the performance engineering team to ensure that the automated tests support load and performance requirements
- Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for code quality, version control, and test data management to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Required Experience Skills:Automation Testing: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in automation testing using Selenium with C# and BDD SpecFlow
- Salesforce Service Cloud: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud to develop automated test solutions
- API Automation: Proficiency in API test automation and experience with API mocking tools such as Wiremock
- Framework Development: Experience in designing and implementing custom automation frameworks tailored to project needs
- Integration and CI/CD: Familiarity with integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD
- Agile Methodology: Proven experience working in Agile environments and participating in Agile ceremonies
- Leadership and Mentoring: Demonstrated experience in leading teams and mentoring junior automation engineers
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting
- Preferred Qualifications:Experience with performance testing tools and frameworks
- Familiarity with other test automation tools and technologies
- Certifications in Salesforce or related automation testing frameworks
- Educational Requirements:Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
