OCI Analyst / Developer - Networking

Must Have:

1) Strong knowledge of OCI Networking services, including Virtual Cloud Networks (VCN), Subnets, Route Tables, VPN, FastConnect, Load Balancers, and DNS.

2) Proficiency in using OCI CLI, Terraform, Ansible, and Python for automating network configurations and tasks.

3) Experience with IP addressing, Subnetting, Routing, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.

4) Understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, HTTPS, and BGP (Border Gateway Protocol).

5) Experience with Cloud Security practices, including Firewalls, Security Lists, Network Security Groups (NSGs), and IAM policies in OCI.

6) Develop automation scripts and templates using tools like OCI CLI, Terraform, Ansible, and Python to automate network provisioning, configuration, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available network architectures on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).Configure Virtual Cloud Networks (VCNs), Subnets, Route Tables, and Internet Gateways for cloud environments.

Manage and optimize Network Load Balancers (NLBs), Private Endpoints, FastConnect, and other OCI network services.Implement VPN (Virtual Private Network), Site-to-Site VPN, and Remote Access VPN for secure connections between on-premise and OCI environments.

Certifications (preferred but not required):Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Certifications, such as OCI Architect Associate or OCI Developer.Networking Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CompTIA Network+, or equivalent.
