Job Description:

We are looking for Graduates who wish to make a career in HR & Recruitment. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn IT recruitment from sourcing to joining in-depth and other corporate HR ops with the intent to make a career in it. The ability to handle and look after multiple job profiles is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Corporate HR Ops & implement Talent Engagement strategies
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for IT developers.
• Analyze the requirements to understand the resource need and deliver qualified candidates/consultants with a minimum TAT.
• Source, shortlist, and interview candidates based on the requirements.
• Maintain Candidate/Vendor relations; keep them updated on the progress of submittals.
• Hire for various IT roles across the board like RPA, Dot NET, Machine Learning, ServiceNow, and others.
• Implement strategies to source quality candidates from various job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Negotiate CTC based on the budget allotted, create offer letters and manage the documentation required for onboarding.
• Regularly report on the performance of recruitment to the leadership.

Requirements:

• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Ability to learn talent engagement, and corporate HR ops.
• Ability to negotiate, convince, and influence prospects.
• Hands-on experience using various job boards like Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Jobs, and others.
• Deep understanding of the IT recruitment process and history of performing in a similar role.
• Ability to communicate effectively with prospects.
