Job Overview:

We are hiring self-driven and technically sound Inside Sales & Lead Generation Specialists with the ability to generate, and qualify leads across target geographies. Selected individuals will get an opportunity to network with C-level executives across business verticals on a global level.


Job Description

  • Primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities across assigned geographies by fixing demo meetings. Will carry a new-booked business quota, and will be required to demonstrate lead generation skills.
  • Perform daily 50-70 reach-outs to target accounts to generate interest and fix demonstrations with key decision-makers across mediums like LinkedIn, email, cold call, etc.
  • Research key profiles and find information that helps
  • Exceed established new business revenue targets
  • Ensure relationships with key decision-makers for accounts that will provide new business are continuously developed and relationships are strengthened and grown
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities via pipeline report
  • Monitor and report sales reach-out activity
  • Excellent organization and time management skills meeting deadlines as required

Functional Skills:

  • Proactive, persuasive, and persistance in follow-ups
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Target Orientation, Passion & Entrepreneurial Ability
  • Able to integrate knowledge across disciplines to include cold calling to generate interest amongst C-level executive
  • Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership demonstrating the ability to function independently, but must also be able to contribute to team initiatives
  • Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity
  • Ability to learn technology as required by the role

Preferred Experience:

  • Candidates with B2B enterprise software sales experience preferred
  • Candidates with Sales Nav, Email Marketing, Key Profile research, and Cold calling experience preferred
