General Summary:

Performs IT functions such as design, analysis, evaluation, testing, debugging and implementation of applications programs supporting company business processes and operations. Analyzes, installs, acquires, modifies and supports operating systems, database or utilities software. Plans, conducts and directs the analysis of business problems to be solved with automated systems. Analyzes, designs, acquires and implements projects for LAN and/or WAN systems. Plans, designs, acquires and implements telecommunications voice/wire systems. At higher job levels, may contribute to the development, testing, evaluation or design of system or infrastructure architecture used throughout the IT solution set.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

OR
1+ year of IT-related work experience with a Bachelors degree in a non-technical field (e.g., Business, Humanities, Marketing), or related field.

OR
3+ years of IT-related work experience with a High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

Frequently transports and installs equipment up to 20 lbs.

The responsibilities of this individual will have a focus on managing SCCM/MEM Infrastructure and Patch Management ensuring the smooth operation and security of our systems. Additionally, expertise Windows Update for Business, and Power BI is required. Duties will also include service monitoring and maintenance, infrastructure and client support, and project/upgrade work for the supported services and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

SCCM Administration:Manage and maintain the SCCM infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Patch Management:Develop and implement patch management strategies to ensure all systems are up-to-date with the latest security patches and updates.

Windows Update for Business:Implement and manage Windows Update for Business policies to ensure timely updates and compliance.

Power BI Reporting:Utilize Power BI to create and maintain dashboards and reports for system performance, patch compliance, and other key metrics.

System Monitoring:Monitor system performance and health, ensuring optimal operation and quick resolution of any issues.

Compliance:Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for system security and data protection.

Collaboration:Work closely with other IT teams and departments to coordinate patching schedules and minimize downtime.

Documentation:Maintain detailed documentation of SCCM configurations, patch management processes, Intune policies, and system changes.

Support:Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and end-users as needed.

Min. Qualifications

Bachelor's/Masters in Information Technology or equivalent Overall 3+ Years of Experience in SCCM/MEM administrattion and Patch Management. Any certifications in relevent Microsoft Technologies like SCCM, Intune, Windows Client OS , Windows Server OS, or related technologies.
