We are seeking an experienced SCCM Level 2 Support Engineer to manage and support Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) environments.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in SCCM administration, software deployment, patch management, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide Level 2 support for SCCM-related incidents, collaborating with Level 3 teams for issue resolution.
- Generate reports and dashboards for system health, software compliance, and patching status using SCCM Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Monitor and troubleshoot SCCM client health, software deployment failures, and patching issues.
- Investigate and resolve SCCM log errors (e.g., AppEnforce.log, ExecMgr.log, WUAHandler.log).
- Troubleshoot SCCM-related issues, including client installation, software distribution, and policy application failures.
- Strong knowledge of SCCM site hierarchy and patch update management.
- Expertise in SCCM patch management, application packaging, and deployment strategies.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for SCCM client health, deployment failures, and performance issues.
- Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policies, and Windows Server administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
