Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. LinkedIn & Social Media Management:

Manage and optimize the founder s LinkedIn profile, connections, and engagement.
Draft, schedule, and post content aligned with the founder s personal brand and business strategy.
Engage with messages, connect with relevant industry professionals, and expand the network.

2. Business Presentations & Client Materials:

Create compelling business presentations, proposals, and reports for client meetings.
Assist in preparing sales decks, case studies, and marketing materials.
Conduct market research to enhance presentations and business strategies.

3. Email Marketing & Communication:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for the founder and company.
Manage outreach emails, follow-ups, and newsletters.
Track and analyze email campaign performance to optimize strategies.

4. Appointment & Calendar Management:

Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments for the founder.
Ensure timely follow-ups and meeting preparations.
Maintain an organized calendar and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with PowerPoint, Canva, or other presentation tools.
Social Media Knowledge: Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
Email Marketing Experience: Knowledge of email marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc., is a plus.
CRM & Organization Skills: Experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
Time Management: Ability to multitask and work independently with a proactive approach.
