Application Desktop Support Engineer

We are hiring Application Desktop Support Associate !

Job Location- Noida Sec 125

Shift- US time Zone (Work from Office, 5 Days week)

Drop Facility + 1 Meal will be provide by the Organisation

Min Qualification- Graduate

Relevant Experience- Min 3 yrs

The ideal candidate for this role will be a skilled IT support specialist with a strong background in application and desktop support. They should be detail-oriented, have excellent troubleshooting skills, and be capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. The candidate should possess strong communication skills for liaising with vendors and providing training to end-users. Experience with cloud platforms is essential for this role.

• Handling new hardware/software requests, setups, troubleshooting, and cloud support
• Managing software licenses and updating applications
• Liaising with vendors for warranty fixes and troubleshooting
• Monitoring network performance and addressing connectivity issues
• Responding to and resolving helpdesk tickets
• Providing end-user training and support
• Ensuring adherence to departmental procedures related to SOX, GDPR, etc.
• Assisting with IT project management and coordination
• Conducting preventive maintenance and risk minimization activities
• Collaborating with various teams on security questionnaires
• Conducting price negotiations with vendors
