Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tosca Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Tosca Test Automation, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage and guide automation projects effectively. As a Tosca Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing Tosca automation frameworks, ensuring quality, and leading a team of automation engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Tosca automation engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Design and implement Tosca test automation frameworks and strategies.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate test automation into the software development lifecycle.
• Ensure proper documentation of test scripts, reports, and automation processes.
• Optimize test execution, manage defect tracking, and ensure timely delivery of results.
• Troubleshoot and resolve test automation issues effectively.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in test automation.
• Regularly report to stakeholders on the progress of automation activities and results.
• Participate in requirements analysis and help in identifying test automation opportunities.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in Tosca Test Automation tools.
• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Experience in test case design, script creation, and execution in Tosca.
• Proficiency in test reporting and metrics.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as VBScript, JavaScript, or similar.
• Experience in Agile and DevOps environments is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• [7 years] of experience in Tosca test automation and leading teams.
• Additional certifications in Tosca or relevant automation tools are a plus.
