Technical Lead (AEM)

• In this role, you will serve as the technical subject matter expert pushing technologies to the limits
• Work with our cross-technical teams to design and build the next generation applications keeping a mobile first approach where business so demands while adhering to standard coding practices

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Developers
• Architect, Design and develop high quality and deploy and maintain highly scalable and optimized mission critical applications with unit test cases, meeting given specifications
• Create Documentation, sequence diagram and other low-level design artefacts
• Perform code analysis, peer reviews, requirements analysis, software review, system risk analysis and software reliability analysis
• Ensures the developed code covers the non-functional requirements including performance, security, auditing and integrity
• Resolve production incidents or defects as needed, and proactively identify potential issues
• before they appear in the production environment; contribute to the root cause analysis
• Drive high performance and accountability for own deliverables
• Work well within a team and always work for team success by supporting other team members, constructively acting on feedback, and identifying challenging opportunities that enhance career growth
• Contribute in defining secure coding standards, and work in a team to follow best practices to ensure compliance with standards, quality, scalability and security of deliverables
• Tackle challenges and solve complex problems on a daily basis
• You will interact with various stakeholders and work with cross-technical teams across the design, coding, testing, production deployment, and third-party product implementation processes
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• You will work on resolving production issues, analyze root cause issues and provide resolution in a timely manner

About you

• Bachelors Degree or Honors in Engineering / Computer Science / Mathematics / Sciences or Equivalent with 7+ years of experience with minimum 5 years of job-related experience
• Able to create and maintain customer facing Adobe solutions and be involved within the implementation of large-scale software platforms, including the implementation of caching strategies, suitable design patterns, memory utilization, performance, security etc for the components/services that you deliver
• Should be an expert in AEM Technology Stack (Sling, JCR, CRX, OSGi, HTL, Touch UI, Core Components, Workflows, Multi Site Manager, Editable templates, XF, AEM assets, AEM forms, SPA Editor)
• Experience in integrating AEM with Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Launch, Target, Analytics, Campaign, AEP, etc)
• Working knowledge of other Adobe experience cloud products, AEM headless feature of GraphQL, Maven integration with UI frontend builds is an added advantage
• Experience in frontend development using CSS, JavaScript and related frameworks such as Angular is a plus
• Should be comfortable with Git and associated workflows, Maven/NPM builds
• Writing efficient test codes using JUnit, Mockito, Integration and UI Tests etc Hands on experience with headless content services using content fragments
• Should have an understanding on SEO and Accessibility
• Hands-on experience in identifying technology opportunities, developing and delivering solutions using modern Agile methodologies
