Articulate Storyline Developer - eLearning Modules (2-4 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced Articulate Rise Developer to join our team on a 1-month contract basis.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience creating engaging, responsive e-learning modules using Articulate Rise.

You'll be working closely with our instructional designers and content teams to bring high-quality, engaging courses to life.

This is a remote position, and we are open to candidates from various time zones.

Performance during the initial contract period will determine the possibility of an ongoing engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and Develop E-Learning Courses : Create visually appealing and interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Rise, incorporating multimedia elements such as text, images, videos, quizzes, and assessments.

- Customization : Ensure that courses are responsive, engaging, and aligned with branding guidelines. Customize pre-built Rise templates and create new ones as necessary.

- Content Integration : Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to integrate learning content and ensure the course meets pedagogical and design standards.

- Quality Assurance : Perform thorough testing and quality checks to ensure all courses function seamlessly across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) and that all interactive elements work as intended.

- Collaboration & Feedback : Work closely with internal teams to gather feedback, make revisions, and ensure the course meets the objectives and expectations of stakeholders.

- Timely Delivery : Ensure all projects are completed within the given timeline (1-month contract), while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Requirements :

- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in developing e-learning courses using Articulate Rise.

- Strong knowledge of e-learning design principles, including user experience (UX) and instructional design best practices.

- Experience with responsive design and ensuring that courses are mobile-friendly across various screen sizes.

- Familiarity with Articulate 360 suite and other Articulate tools (e.g, Storyline, Review) is a plus.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to feedback quickly.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with remote teams and clients.

- Basic knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS systems is a plus.
