Academic Counselor

Key responsibilities:

Guiding students and parents in selecting suitable academic programs and career paths.
Handling inquiries and providing comprehensive details about available courses and programs.
Ensuring student satisfaction by resolving doubts and providing necessary support.
Maintaining a strong follow-up system to ensure higher conversion rates.
Preparing detailed reports of daily counseling activities and progress.

Key Requirements:

Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
Ability to understand student requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
Prior experience in counseling, academic guidance, or related fields (preferred).
Proficiency in using CRM tools and online platforms for counseling.
