Job Title: Project Manager.
Experience: 6-10 years.
Skill Area: Project Management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Driving projects across LoBsLOB Engagement: Increase engagement of LOBs, bring in more use cases, understand the new features introduced in the product upgrades and work with LOB to identify new use cases.
- Set up governance model for usage across Novo LoBs Establish criteria and guard rails for citizen development projects.
- Drive agenda for projects including conducting stakeholder workshops, roadshows, and webinars, conduct community and hackathons and bring Power Platform at the center of the automation agenda within client.
- Building & nurturing user community.
- Harvesting reusable assets and publish success stories.
- Publish monthly/quarterly newsletter for the Projects Managed.
- Ensure business case realization with global business impact.
- Lead multiple project teams.
- Overall management of project members.
- Negotiation with external vendors.
- Communicate with stakeholders at all levelscli.
- Manage project according to client governance model and procedures.
- Professional reputation on all levels and in all parts of the client organization.
- Ability to create business improvements in the entire client organization Service Management.
- GxP & Compliance: update to Master Implementation Plan (MIP), O&M SOP, audit readiness and preparation.
- To be compliant in all respects with the company policies and standards.
- Back Up to Service Manager.
WoW: Define guidelines and standards for bot development, ensure the LOBs and the respective developers follow them during deployment.
- Continual Improvement: Identify & Drive CI in process and bot development.
- Stakeholder management- of respective EVP Areas- weekly meeting with stakeholders - preparation, providing updates, follow-up on actions.
- Hear the 'voice of the customer' (VOC) (complaints, new requirements) and document requirements from them, communicate feasibility / roadmap on how it can be achieved.
- Challenging & guiding projects: Providing best practices and standards ensuring that LoB is following them.
- Day-to day project management for deployment of new apps.
- Optimal capacity management of developers to ensure shared load between the projects and operations.
- Supporting developers and allocating them to deployments in a coordinated manner.
- Pipeline management & forecasting of new bots.
- Internal reporting on on-going projects Operations and Maintenance.
- The project manager is also expected to look after operations and maintenance of bots within the CoE.
- These Bots can be developed by the CoE, external vendors or Line of business in Novo Nordisk.
- This includes, but not limited to, maintaining all Bot and compliance related documentation, present the Bots during audits and inspections and suggest optimal setup for bots in the platform.
Main job tasks:
- Relating to Business transformation:.
- Initiate and manage the communication around the Business Processes (Business Development Role).
- Interacts with LoB/ customers within all EVP areas to identify, evaluate and prioritize potential process automation candidates.
- Ensure effective creation of organization and teams including setting roles and responsibilities for the Project and Service Management Organization.
- Play Business Development Role with interested business units and implement Project Management:.
- Initiate new business critical IT projects.
- Ensure the project is aligned with relevant specifications and LoB requirements.
- Ensure project progress according to project schedule, scope and budget.
- Manage interdependencies between the project and other initiatives.
- Project resource planning, incl. participation in recruitment of internal and external participants for projects in program.
- Design and execute efficient change management.
Relating to Vendor Management:
- Work with various project teams to help build scalable apps.
- Ensuring high quality vendor delivery by managing external contracts and vendor setup.
- Ensure customer satisfaction on own projects Relating to System Management.
- Responsible for Operation and Maintenance of the existing apps.
- Regular interaction with the stakeholders for improvement of App performance.
- Keep the App audit ready and represent the Apps to auditors or inspectors.
