Role & Responsibilities :

1. Design Leadership: Lead the architectural design process, from initial concept development to detailed design phases, ensuring alignment with project objectives, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements.

2. Project Management: Manage multiple projects concurrently, overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations.

3. Client Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and preferences, and translating them into architectural solutions that enhance value and meet business goals.

4. Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, including engineers, drafters, and other architects, to integrate various design disciplines and ensure seamless project execution.

5. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects, reviewing their work for accuracy, compliance, and quality assurance.

6. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements, ensuring designs are compliant and obtain necessary approvals from relevant authorities.

7. Innovation and Sustainability: Incorporate innovative design concepts and sustainable practices into architectural solutions, promoting energy efficiency, environmental stewardship, and occupant well-being.

8. Construction Administration: Oversee construction phases, conduct site visits, and address any design-related issues or modifications to ensure the integrity of the design vision is maintained throughout the construction process.

9. Vendor Management: Collaborate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors to procure materials, resolve technical challenges, and achieve project milestones within budgetary constraints.
