Roles and Responsibilities

Senior Architect:

Education UG Qualification B. Arch PG Qualification/D.Arch

Exp: 15-20 years

He/ She must have worked as key connect between the Concept architects, design consultants, internal design team and the onsite project execution key team to ensure that the product and finishing's are absolutely inline with the concept.

Design Coordination with External consultants, and Site personnel, Review design proposals sent by Architects. Proficient in Designing and A-Cad Drafting, photo shop. Co-ordination for All approval drawings. Work as part of a team on high profile projects ranging from High Rise- Residential Apartments Commercial Projects, Townships and other projects. Prepare Design Proposals & presentation drawings. Selection of finishing materials, BIM Experience.

She/he must have worked on a minimum of 2 full cycle of high rise multi tower projects using conventional and Aluminum (Mivan) formwork.

Minimum 4 years as Project Architect based at site and working closely with site Execution Head to ensure there are no gaps in between design to execution stage.

He/She must have worked on a minimum of 2 full cycle of high rise multitower projects on non-conventional shuttering like Mivan or equal.
