Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Screening:

- Utilize various sourcing methods (e. , job boards, social media, networking) to identify qualified healthcare candidates.

- Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.

Candidate Management:

- Provide candidates with comprehensive information about job opportunities, including requirements, benefits, and company culture.

- Guide candidates through the application and interview process.

- Represent candidates' best interests and advocate for their compensation and benefits.

Client Relationship Management:

- Develop strong relationships with healthcare clients to understand their specific staffing needs.

- Source and present qualified candidates that align with client requirements.

- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to placement.

Closing Deals:

- Negotiate compensation packages and terms with candidates and clients.

- Facilitate the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition for both parties.

Market Knowledge:

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions.

- Maintain a strong network of healthcare professionals and organizations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

- Minimum [3-5] years of experience in healthcare recruiting or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its staffing challenges.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.

- Proven track record of successfully closing deals.

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
