Not much support from manager, no coordination, just come up with a message in every 2-3 hrs that hi team how we are doing? freak out on call and that’s it, company also doesn’t care about that. Manager oriented, no care for the employees who do hands on.

They have massive politics; Higher management is very partial and unfair. They fire employees without any strong reason and when employee raise concern, they hold their f2f and documents. Entire HR Department including HR Head (Manjari) is involved in all politics and not even give chance to speak to the employee. I think she didn'tdeserve this position. They do not have proper facilities for the handicap employees, due to this they even not hiring such talented people because they can't facilited them.Very bad attitude of entire HR department....Read More

Poor Management, No appraisal, No job security. If you are not in project the top management do not have capabilities to bring new business. Instead they will ask you to put resign and relieve on same day. Unskilled VP, Director team of old dump minds.

Worst. Company, no job security, if you don’t have joining in one moth they will put you on EDP ( employee development program) for 5 days then they want joining in these 5 days if you will not able to give that than your LWD will be your EDP last day , worst company, toxic environment

Company’s budget is fixed and giving salary 35000 to 5yrs of experience. Appraisal are like peanuts. Don’t understand the value of loyal employee, they don’t believe in retain.

The company is a good start for people who want to experience full scale recruiting, It's a high pressure environment so you learn very quickly. One thing I appreciated was that we were trained before starting on the floor and the Managers and Team leads are very supportive.

Dislikes

Night Shift from 10 PM to 7 AM takes a toll, The pressure on submissions and offers is very high, you'll work late maybe even till 9 AM to complete daily submission targets and work on weekends to complete weekly targets. You have to jump through hoops to get leaves and the Incentive procedure is not very encouraging as you will get your incentives 3 months after you land the offer.
