Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
To meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by selling Salesforce solutions into enterprise/MidMarket/General Business accounts and within an assigned geographical or vertical market.
Aspirant will manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts. Territory identification and research, to formalize a go to market territory strategy and create qualified target account list within 30 days.
Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence.
Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated market sector(s).
Engage with prospect organizations to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data. Manage the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Pre-sales Engineers & Salesforce team.
Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation.
Daily update of the Salesforce system with accurate customer and pipeline data. Accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery.
5-8 years of enterprise solution sales experience selling Salesforce solutions into mid-size and large enterprise companies.
Proven track record of success in sales/business development in a target driven environment, ideally in Salesforce domain.
Strong prospecting skills and ability to develop business in new and existing accounts. Strong skills in consultative selling of solutions.
Effective communication skills with ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a crossfunctional environment.
Ability to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale. Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritise, and manage time effectively Willingness to advance in our organisation by demonstrating their ability to be tenacious self starters every day.
Very strong communication skills, fluent in English
