Those in litigation at PwC will focus on providing legal solutions and advice related to litigation matters. Your work will involve representing clients in cases, conducting legal research, and providing strategic guidance to navigate the justice system. Working in this area, you will work closely with clients to protect their rights, minimise legal risks, and achieve positive outcomes in litigation proceedings.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of pending litigations, including case strategy, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
• Coordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders to ensure effective litigation management.
• Monitor and report on litigation progress and outcomes to senior management.

• Draft, review, and revise a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
• Ensure all legal documents are accurate, comprehensive, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

• Conduct thorough legal research on various issues, including case law, statutes, regulations, and legal precedents.
• Provide wellreasoned legal opinions and memoranda to support decisionmaking processes.

• Analyze factual information and evidence to support legal arguments and case strategies.
• Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes in litigation and other legal matters.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the organizations interests.
• Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and organizational policies.

• Assist in identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with the organizations operations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

• Work closely with various departments to provide legal support and guidance on a wide range of issues.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and regulatory authorities.
