Job Description
We help build software and design data platforms, manage large vo umes of client data, develop compliance procedures for data management, and continually r searching new technologies to drive innovation and sustainable change
- Total Exp 8 to 15 years
- Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Coaching
- Proficient and have experience in conducting multiple Agile trainings workshops
- MUST have a valid Agile Coach certification like SAFe Agilist(SA) / SPC / ICPACC / ICP-APM / SASM
- MUST have 6+ years of working experience as a diligent Agile Coach
- MUST work for 5 days from client premises
- Should be a minimum BE/BTech graduate
- Drive common Agile best practices across all the verticals
- Experience in collaborating and conducting meetings/workshops with Cx line Create JIRA-based templates for configuration, customization of Jira workflows, boards, Reports and dashboards for efficient project delivery management
- Jira integration advisory with other tools
- Advisory and implementation of Agile metrics and KPIs to track team performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive process improvements
- Proven experience in handling Agile coaching
- Understanding of DevOps Configuration
- Flexible to travel for (25 to 30)% in a year
- Can think outside the box, self-motivator and possess excellent
- communication skills
- MUST be an immediate joiner in 2 weeks
