• Onboard the new DC s, configuring HW/SW, peripherals, camera coginegent, SCOM tools and provide support and take care of infrastructure for data center security. Responsible for Microsoft Datacentres CE & Suply chain providing 24/7 incident management support (Thermal, weather, cooling, Power, Fire alarms, BMS monitoring) to handle data centre critical environment operations. Also provide analytics in Capacity management on their capacity usage & availability, forecasting for customers, restrict quotas across DC worldwide. Create work orders for DC Site Creations, Assets, Equipment s, Inventory, Users & Vendors, and work with different partners.
