Responsibilities:.

? Proficiency in emergency call systems,.

telecommunications, IT infrastructure, and system.

Experience with 112 systems or similar.

? Capable to design and implementation of emergency call.

? Stay informed about the latest technologies and.

? Provide technical support for seamless integration of the.

? Provide technical support for the 112 emergency call.

? Analyze call data and system performance metrics to.

? Collect and incorporate feedback from users and.

stakeholders to continually refine and improve the system.

? Prepare and present reports on system performance,.

? Communicate with stakeholders/customers on an ongoing.
