Responsibilities:
Part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project and prepare deliverables Contribute to the development/streamlining of business processes by simplification, standardization and automation of tasks Earn required certifications through the internal learning programs as per the needs Ensure you are adhering to compliance matters
Technical skills required in the role:
An ideal candidate for the Technology Consulting he should be proficient in one or more of the below:
As consultant he should have hands on exposure to project management activities, which can include project costing, billing, planning and reporting Ability to understand the end-to-end industry specific business processes for project management for any of the following industries
Engineering Services, Construction, Professional Services, Manufacturing, Process Manufacturing, Healthcare industry
Work with the team to understand the business problems and apply the learning to resolve the business problem Good to have
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
ERP exposure for Project Management
Desired Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and numerical skills, and domain knowledge Effective oral and communication skills to various stakeholder (written and verbal) Strong work ethic, proactive and professional behavior Strategic and creative thinker, problem solver Supports engagement manager in delivering engagements by identifying and addressing

Educational Background:
MBA (Finance) / MCom CA / ICWA / CMA
