Role Proficiency:

Independently develops error free code with high quality validation of applications guides other developers and assists Lead 1 - Software Engineering

Outcomes:

1. Understand and provide input to the application/feature/component designs; developing the same in accordance with user stories/requirements.
2. Code debug test document and communicate product/component/features at development stages.
3. Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components.
4. Optimise efficiency cost and quality by identifying opportunities for automation/process improvements and agile delivery models
5. Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system
6. Proactively identify issues/defects/flaws in module/requirement implementation

  REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES

• 1. 3 to 5 years of development experience on Facets including knowledge of data model, batch jobs like MMS, XPF, ABI, UMI, XC Claim load, CLMU, CKMM and Capitation Process etc.

• 2. Experience in developing Facets extensions; both online and batch extensions.

• 3. Experience in working/developing solutions to enhance Auto Adjudication rate.

• 4. Experience in developing inbound and outbound solutions in at least 2 modules like Membership, Claims, Provider, Billing, Capitation, Encounter etc.

• 5. Hands on technical experience with SSIS\.Net.

• 6. Strong SQL experience in Relational Database - SQL Server.

• 7. Experience in healthcare especially in Medicare and Medicaid line of business.

• 8. Experience working in an agile environment.

• 9. Possess strong analytical skills, problem solving, organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills and Good Team player

• 10. Strong Documentation Skills to analyse and document existing applications.

• 11. Experience in doing RCA and coming up with preventive actions.

• 12. Experience in working onsite offshore model

• 13. Experience in change management process and incident management

• 14. Experience working with Schedulers eg : Tidal

• 15. Knowledge\ Experience in automatic deployments and GIT

• 16. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILL SET Must have : Facets, MS SQL Server, C# / VB .Net programming language, MSBI stack (SSIS))
