Associate

In joining, you ll help federal, state and local government clients solve complex business issues and manage jurisdiction related risk. You ll help our clients assess their operational and security and data management strategies so they can continue to operate more efficiently and effectively, both today and tomorrow.

• Support the project teams in the day to day execution of a client project;
• Prepare proposals, RfP/bid submission documents and presentations;
• Understand PwC way of work and imbibe it in your day to day work
• Assist in managing projects and deliver as agreed with the key project stakeholders;
• Understand client issues and challenges ;
• Collect relevant data for the analysis;
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis;
• Structure and prepare project deliverables;
• Present findings and suggestions to client representatives;
• Provide support to client representatives for implementing the suggestions;
• Maintain a clean and structured project repository

• Technology consulting experience - prior experience in working for a top-tier consulting firm will be considered a plus;
• Good knowledge, including but not limited to public policy formulation, public procurement, capacity building, process improvement etc.;
• Experience in at least 1 projects for clients in the government and public sector in India.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills with the project team, clients and stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent analytical, time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks concurrently;
• Self-driven, desire to surpass expectations;
• Highly flexible, including willing to work away in different locations and geographies (if the engagement requires it);
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Power Point, Excel, Word)
• Experience of working in at least 1 smart cities/GIS/Smart Mobility projects

• Exposure to international projects
• Exposure to Large Transformation programs in the Public Services domain

Degrees/Field of Study required Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology Degrees/Field of Study preferred Capacity Development, Microsoft Office, Process Improvement, Smart Cities International Projects
