• Design, develop, and execute performance testing plans for D365 applications to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Develop automation frameworks using Automic or similar tools to streamline testing processes.
• Conduct load testing on production environments to ensure scalability and reliability of the system.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members on best practices in performance testing.
