Job Description
- Ad vise clients on technology strategy , roadmaps and change management efforts through ERP implementation engagements
- Utilize broad SAP / O racle functional experience to optimize SC processes ; navigate SC modules and related business operations and processes
- Iden tify crossfunctional impact of point solutions ( e.g. WMS, TMS, Planning, etc.) and ensure seamless endtoend processes & ERP integration
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Drive a workstream while supporting technical implementation of SAP / Oracle SC solutions
- Analyze and identify process gaps, develop custom design specifications to lead the solution design
- C onduct / assist client workshops on process requirements and solution design / blueprinting
- Support the design and architecture of the overall technology framework for implementations
- Support implementation, configurations, testing, training, knowledge transfer and documentation activities
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to internal teams and client teams
- Ensure best practices and quality standards are followed across the engagement delivery
- Travel may be required for this role, depending on client requirements
