We are looking for a techno-functional candidate with strong project management experience (ideally within the government sector) and at least 2 years of exposure to AI solution development and AI project management.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage AI projects ensuring delivery within scope and timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Prepare and deliver project reports, dashboards and presentations to diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand functional requirements, develop AI solutions and provide strategic guidance on emerging technologies.
• Facilitate capacity-building initiatives for clients, focusing on AI awareness and skill development.

Mandatory Skill Sets:

• At least 10 years of professional experience in project management, including over 5 years focusing on AI or emerging technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering AI or technology projects with a strong understanding of public sector challenges and processes.
• Expertise in AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), along with knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in India.
• Strong project management proficiency with experience in Agile, Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a strategic and creative approach.

Preferred Skill Set:

• Certifications in AI/ML and experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Background in government sector projects, policy development, or public sector strategy.
• Experience in AI governance frameworks and public policy initiatives.
• Fluency in Kannada is preferred but not mandatory.
