Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings: Prepare and schedule company meetings, events, and activities
  • Organize files: Maintain a filing system and organize files
  • Coordinate tasks: Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate administrative tasks
  • Support office operations: Support regular office operations and manage office supplies
  • Provide resource: Act as a resource to other administrative assistants and cover for them when they are out
