PVR Cinemas - Manager/Senior Manager/Specialist - Pre Sales - Ideation & IP Creation (6-8 yrs)

Job Purpose:

The Pre-Sales Specialist will play a key role in supporting the sales team by developing innovative and impactful media solutions for clients. This role involves creating ideating new intellectual properties (IPs), creating innovative solutions, and providing creative support to develop client pitches

Additionally, the Pre-Sales Specialist will drive partnership opportunities within the organization's ecosystem and manage external alliances.

BRIEF KRA:

Ideation and IP Creation:

- Develop and lead concepts like movie or theme-based campaigns, festive or seasonal promotions, and format or cinema-specific activations.

- Work closely with the sales team to ideate new intellectual properties (IPs) tailored to client needs.

Partnerships and Alliances:

- Cultivate and manage partnerships and alliances, both internally within the organization and externally with other media platforms, brands, and agencies.

- Leverage partnerships to develop joint campaigns and maximize business opportunities.

Brand Solutions Development:

- Collaborate with clients and the sales team to create customized media solutions based on client briefs.

- Demonstrate thought leadership by proactively recommending creative media solutions that align with client goals.

- Deliver strategic insights and recommendations to enhance media campaigns.

Creative Support:

- Develop high-impact client presentations, decks, pitches, concept notes, and proofs of concept (POCs) for potential campaigns.

- Support the sales team with ideation and creative input to strengthen sales pitches.
