We are seeking a seasoned Guest Relations Manager to oversee guest experiences, property operations, and client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction at our Karjat property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all guest interactions, addressing inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
• Lead and train the guest relations team to uphold service excellence.
• Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and personalized VIP services.
• Collaborate with departments to meet guest needs and enhance satisfaction.
• Monitor guest feedback and provide actionable improvement insights.
• Manage property sales, leasing, and documentation processes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• 8- 10 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, or real estate.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in managing guest concerns professionally.
