Job Requirement: Client Partner Lead - IT Banking & Talent Acquisition.
Location: Pune.
Employment Type: Full-time.
Role Overview:
- We are seeking a Client Partner Lead with expertise in IT banking and talent acquisition to drive strategic partnerships and resource deployment for our key banking clients.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of banking technology domains, proven experience in managing client relationships, and a strong track record in talent acquisition and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders in the banking and financial services sector.
- Understand client business needs, technology landscape, and hiring demands to offer tailored workforce solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client discussions, negotiations, and escalations.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with client requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery of talent.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and industry hiring standards.
Strategic Growth & Business Development:
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to expand business engagements.
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure high-quality service and resource retention.
- Contribute to proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Experience: 3- 7 years in client partnership, talent acquisition, or workforce management, specifically in IT banking.
Banking Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of banking technology, digital transformation, and IT hiring trends.
Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage with senior-level executives, hiring managers, and technical leads.
Talent Acquisition Expertise: Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT roles in banking, including niche and high-demand skill sets.
Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to drive client success and long-term partnerships.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess client needs, market trends, and resource planning to drive business growth.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with cloud technologies/Data etc and banking-specific tech stacks.
- Experience in fixed pricing models, TNM (Time & Material), and managed services engagement.
- Prior experience working with HSB-, C-ti, J-Morgan, or similar global banks is a plus.
