HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent.
• Develop job descriptions and hiring strategies.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.

2. Performance Management System (PMS):

• Implement and manage the PMS to ensure objective performance evaluations.
• Work with managers to set KRAs and KPIs.
• Drive continuous feedback culture and performance improvement plans.

3. Employee Engagement & Welfare:

• Develop engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
• Implement employee welfare programs and grievance redressal mechanisms.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

4. HR Operations & Compliance:

• Maintain HR records and ensure labor law compliance.
• Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
• Handle disciplinary actions and exit formalities.

5. Learning & Development:

• Identify skill gaps and plan training programs.
• Collaborate with department heads for employee growth initiative

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:

• Education: MBA/PG in HR or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: 5-8 years in HR, preferably in retail, apparel, or fashion industries.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage HR technology (HRMS, PMS tools).
