Social Media Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Create and execute a social media strategy that aligns with One Fridays brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
• Content Creation: Develop creative and engaging content for platforms including Instagram & Facebook.
• Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with our audience by responding to comments, DMs, and engaging with user-generated content.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and provide regular reports with insights to optimize content and engagement strategies.
• Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, especially within the kids wear and fashion space.
• Collaborations & Partnerships: Identify and manage influencer and brand collaborations to increase brand awareness and reach.
• Brand Voice: Ensure that all social media content aligns with the One Friday brand voice, aesthetic, and values.
• Campaigns: Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and product launches to drive sales and brand visibility.

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within the fashion or kidswear industry.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative content and successful social media campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) and social media management tools.
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills with a creative flair.
• Experience with social media analytics and the ability to derive insights to inform strategy.
• Knowledge of trends in kidswear and family-oriented content is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
