Data Quality - GLN

Experience:

• 4-5 years of experience as a Data Quality Engineer, Data Analyst, or in a related role with a strong focus on data quality and data management.
• Proven experience in data quality monitoring, testing, and validation across complex data environments.
• Solid understanding of data governance and data management best practices.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
• Experience with data quality tools such as Talend, Informatica Data Quality, or open-source solutions.
• Familiarity with ETL processes, data integration, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala is a plus.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and provide actionable solutions.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate and assess data quality and provide insights to stakeholders.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate across teams to define data quality requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Soft Skills:

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
