Data Integration Specialist - ETL Tools (3-5 yrs)

Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain data integration processes using ETL tools and techniques.

- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data into the master data repository from various source systems (DataTrac, BytePro, LoanServ, Salesforce).

- Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure smooth data flow and integration.

- Monitor data integration processes and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and performance.

- Ensure data quality and accuracy throughout the integration process.

- Collaborate with data modelers to ensure accurate and consistent data mappings.

- Work with developers to implement seamless data integration solutions.

- Participate in data governance activities to maintain compliance and improve data quality.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging data integration technologies and industry best practices.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in data integration.

- Strong understanding of ETL principles and techniques.

- Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, DataStage, or Talend.

- Proficiency in SQL and deep knowledge of data warehousing concepts.

- Experience in data mapping and transformation for structured and unstructured data.

- Knowledge of data quality principles and best practices.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment
