Associate Architect (Casino Gaming)

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10-14 years of development and management experience in the gaming and casino domain.
• Extensive experience in casino gaming, including slots, table games, crash games, RGS (Remote Game Server), and game development.
• Expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and building scalable solutions.
• Proficiency in resource optimization strategies and cost management.
• Strong experience with tools and technologies relevant to gaming and enterprise solutions.
• Proven ability to evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve processes.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
• Strong mentoring skills, with the ability to develop technical talent within teams.
• Effective delegation, timely feedback, and performance management capabilities.
• Exceptional client management skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Experience in resolving escalations and addressing client feedback proactively.
