  • CRM Documentation Management:
    • Manage all customer-related documents, including contracts, agreements, and transaction records online and offline both.
    • Ensure that all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies.

  • Data Management in Excel:
    • Create and maintain a comprehensive Excel database for each customer, including details such as full name, contact information, transaction history, and notes on interactions.
    • Create and maintain MIS for collection and generate timely reports for due collections

  • Coordination with Sales Team:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to gather necessary customer data and ensure seamless communication regarding documentation requirements.
    • Conduct regular updates and reviews of customer information to keep records current and relevant.

  • Timely Raising of Demands:
    • Ensure the timely and accurately raising of demands for clients and updating records for same.
    • Monitor deadlines demands raised and ensure following documents (Interest letter, Reminder letter, de-allotment letter etc.) are raised on bases of collection received for each case.

  • Reporting:
    • Generate reports on customer interactions, sales activities, documentation status, and demand fulfilment for management review.
    • Analyze data trends to provide insights that can improve customer service and sales strategies.

Desired Skills and Experience

    • Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in CRM management or document management within the real estate industry.

  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with experience in creating databases, using formulas, and generating reports.
    • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
    • Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and team members.

Competencies

    • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Strong problem-solving skills to address client inquiries swiftly.

CTC

1. Up to Rs. 6 lacs per year (based on the calibre of the candidate).
