Job Description: Role and Responsibilities:
- Deep understanding of electrical and electronics equipment. Basic knowledge of PLC / HMI / SCADA / VFD / ROBOT
- Clear understanding of projects requirements from Projects team and list preparation followed by material inquiry as per technical specifications
- Comparative quotation preparation, negotiation as per specified budget, P.O release, follow up, pre-dispatch QC confirmation / inspection, material receipt at factory or directly at site
- Vendor management and vendor development
- Material delivery scheduling followed by vendor payment schedule
- Responsible for QC certificate / Test Certificate collection from vendor along with material receipt
- Knowledge about GST / TAX / Freight Charges / Import & Export of materials. Also part of support member for pre sells budgeting
