  • Department / Group: Machine Intelligence
  • Qualification: B E
  • Electronic and Telecommunication / Instrumentation / Electrical
  • Experience: 7 to 8 Years
  • Skills: ERP, Microsoft Office, Vendor Development Negotiation

    • Role and Responsibilities:

  • Deep understanding of electrical and electronics equipment
  • Basic knowledge of PLC / HMI / SCADA / VFD / ROBOT
  • Clear understanding of projects requirements from Projects team and list preparation followed by material inquiry as per technical specifications
  • Comparative quotation preparation, negotiation as per specified budget, P
  • O release, follow up, pre-dispatch QC confirmation / inspection, material receipt at factory or directly at site
  • Vendor management and vendor development
  • Material delivery scheduling followed by vendor payment schedule
  • Responsible for QC certificate / Test Certificate collection from vendor along with material receipt
  • Knowledge about GST / TAX / Freight Charges / Import Export of materials
  • Also part of support member for pre sells budgeting
