QUALIFICATIONS: MBA / PGDBM Sales & Marketing

EXPERIENCE RANGE: 12+ years of similar experience in Commercial Real Estate developments, IPCs etc.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To drive the leasing activities for the commercial properties across the South region.
• Identifying and developing strategic alliances with various IPCs & Brokers.
• Business Development i.e. sourcing new deals through intermediary network (IPCs, Local Consultants, Banks & Architects)
• Relationship Management with Clients, IPCs and Local Property Consultants.
• Co-ordinate with Clients, Architects and Project team for all fit outs works.
• Developing project feasibility reports after studying the markets and analyzing emerging markets.
• Analyze market data to identify local sales issues and trends and define strategies to resolve them.
• Coordination with internal departments and consultants for project development and post-transaction support.
• Assist the Marketing Team in the launch activities, exhibitions, presentations, brochures etc.

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• The candidate should possess good knowledge on marketing, market research, sales and commercial management.
• Should possess good analytical and organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
