Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from identifying potential hires to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source candidates using job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and other channels.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

2. Screening & Interviewing:

• Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Coordinate and participate in interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

3. Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment progress and challenges.

4. Process Management:

• Manage job postings and recruitment platforms.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.

5. Onboarding:

• Support new hires during onboarding and orientation to ensure seamless integration into the organization.

6. HR Administration:

• Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and databases.
• Support HR administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and data entry.
• Assist in preparation and distribution of HR related communications.
