Hospital Manager (Male)

To supervise all administration, operations and OP activities in to the entire hospital

Investigate all complaints regarding patient care and report to top management

Interface departments like Billing & Front office provide smooth operations in the hospital

MIS reporting daily, weekly & monthly basis including data collection and analysis

To prepare the duty roster & optimal utilization of resources in the core areas

Ensure departmental standards/protocols are met maintained and reviewed

Higher levels of efficiency services in medical care and hospital systems.

Profile Requirements:

Minimum Degree/Post graduation in Hospital Administration with 6-10 years of experience

Should have relevant work experience on Operations & Administration activities in hospital

Candidate should be localized in the Chennai and must speak Tamil & Telugu language

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage and train staff

Ability to work independently, interpersonal, multitasking and organizational skills

Proficient in using MS Office applications and other relevant software applications
