Zonal Manager (Male)

Responsible for smooth functioning of the hospitals with optimal operational efficiency

Business Planning - Formulate sales and business plans for the zone aligned

To conduct periodic audits in to ensure that the laid down procedures are practiced.

To visit centers aligned to the zone interact with the respective Centre Heads and share ideas and practices to complement each Centre's functioning.

To improve inter-departmental and inter-sectional communications, cooperation and coordination to develop a sense of ownership.

To ensure teamwork and identify staff with leadership qualities to help their progression.

To study the various Hospital statistics and take proactive actions to rectify, if the statistics do not show a desired upward trend.

Any legal issues are to be brought to the notice of the management ASAP and strictly follow any other instructions given by the superiors.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum post-graduation in Hospital Administration with 10+ years of experience

Managing the strategic and the day-to-day operations of the entire hospitals

To ensure all departments are comprehensive staffed to the extent possible

Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Develop and implement policies, procedures and protocols for hospital operations standards

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accreditation standards
