We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets. Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products or services.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital lead generation techniques.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and prepare persuasive proposals and presentations.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team, setting clear sales targets and monitoring performance.
Analyze sales data, track progress against targets, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a strong customer-centric approach.
