About the Client: PSS has been mandated to hire an Associate Director - Account Management for a leading software company providing digital and product engineering services.

About the Role: The Account Director/Client Partner will drive growth for Digital and Product Engineering Services with large accounts. Responsibilities include sales, account management, prospecting new business, and closing deals to meet revenue goals. The role involves collaborating with engineering and presales teams, managing the sales cycle, and negotiating contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify opportunities within assigned accounts.

Build and maintain executive-level relationships.

Qualify prospects based on delivery capabilities.

Effectively communicate the company s value proposition.

Collaborate with internal and external teams to close deals.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years of sales/business development experience, with 4+ years in account management.
• Engineering or Science degree (MBA desirable).
• Strong understanding of software development and product engineering services.
• Experience in selling to Indian captives of ISVs/Software Product Companies.
• Hands-on experience in account-based sales and managing senior relationships.
• Proven record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within India and occasionally to the USA.
